The Lindenhoeve – Sluis

The Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms on which hotel and catering companies established in the Netherlands provide hotel and catering services and conclude hotel and catering agreements. The Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions apply to every reservation at De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel.

When changing or moving your reservation, we charge a €15 administrative fee up to one month in advance. Your reservation is not final until the advance payment is received. If, due to serious circumstances, you need to cancel or reschedule the reservation within one month in advance, cancellation fees will apply. Article 9. Cancellations

9.2 Cancellation of hotel accommodation/lodging

9.2.1. Individuals

When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:

  1. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the effective date, the customer is not obliged to pay any amount to the hotel company.
  2. For cancellation more than 14 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  3. For cancellation more than 7 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  4. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  5. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.
  6. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.

No animals are allowed in our hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms. If you violate these conditions and/or still bring an animal, we may deny you access and/or we will be forced to charge you an additional cost of 200,00€ on top of the payment of the full reservation value for extra cleaning costs.

Die einheitlichen Catering-Bedingungen (UVH) sind die Bedingungen, unter denen in den Niederlanden ansässige Catering-Unternehmen Catering-Dienstleistungen erbringen und Catering-Verträge abschließen. Die einheitlichen Verpflegungsbedingungen gelten für jede Reservierung im De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel.

Bei Umbuchung oder Umbuchung berechnen wir bis zu einem Monat im Voraus 15 € Verwaltungskosten. Ihre Reservierung ist erst nach Eingang der Anzahlung endgültig. Wenn Sie die Reservierung aufgrund schwerwiegender Umstände innerhalb eines Monats im Voraus stornieren müssen oder verschieben möchten, fallen Stornokosten an. Article 9. Stornierungen

9.2 Stornierung von Hotelunterkünften/Unterkünften

9.2.1. Einzelpersonen

Wenn für eine oder mehrere Personen nur eine Hotelunterkunft mit oder ohne Frühstück reserviert wurde, gilt Folgendes für die Stornierung dieser Reservierung:

  1. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 1 Monat vor Beginn ist der Kunde nicht verpflichtet, dem Hotelunternehmen einen Betrag zu zahlen.
  2. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 14 Tage vor Reisebeginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 15 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.
  3. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 7 Tage vor Beginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 35 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.
  4. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 3 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 60 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.
  5. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 24 Stunden vor Beginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 85 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.
  6. Im Falle einer Stornierung 24 Stunden oder weniger vor dem Beginndatum ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 100 % des Reservierungswerts an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.

In unserem Hotel sind keine Tiere erlaubt. Das Rauchen ist im Hotel und in den Hotelzimmern verboten. Wenn Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen und/oder trotzdem ein Tier mitbringen, können wir Ihnen den Zutritt verweigern und/oder müssen Ihnen zusätzlich zur Zahlung des vollen Reservierungswertes eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 200,00 € für zusätzliche Reinigungskosten in Rechnung stellen.

Les conditions uniformes de restauration (UVH) sont les conditions dans lesquelles les entreprises de restauration établies aux Pays-Bas fournissent des services de restauration et concluent des accords de restauration. Les conditions uniformes de restauration s’appliquent à chaque réservation au De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel.

Lors de la modification ou du déplacement de votre réservation, nous facturons 15 € de frais administratifs jusqu’à un mois à l’avance. Votre réservation n’est définitive qu’à réception du prépaiement. Si vous devez annuler la réservation dans un délai d’un mois à l’avance en raison de circonstances graves ou si vous souhaitez la déplacer, des frais d’annulation s’appliqueront. 9.2.1. Personnes

Lorsqu’une réservation d’hébergement hôtelier seul, avec ou sans petit-déjeuner, a été effectuée pour une ou plusieurs personnes, les dispositions suivantes s’appliquent à l’annulation de cette réservation :

  1. En cas d’annulation plus d’un mois avant la date de début, le client n’est tenu de verser aucune somme à l’hôtelier.
  2. En cas d’annulation plus de 14 jours avant la date de début, le client est tenu de payer 15% de la valeur de la réservation à la société hôtelière.
  3. En cas d’annulation plus de 7 jours avant la date de début, le client est tenu de payer 35% de la valeur de la réservation à la société hôtelière.
  4. En cas d’annulation plus de 3 jours avant la date de début, le client est tenu de payer 60 % de la valeur de la réservation à la société hôtelière.
  5. En cas d’annulation plus de 24 heures avant la date de début, le client est tenu de payer 85 % de la valeur de la réservation à la société hôtelière.
  6. En cas d’annulation 24 heures ou moins avant la date de début, le client est tenu de payer 100 % de la valeur de la réservation à la société hôtelière.

Aucun animal n’est admis dans notre hôtel. Il est interdit de fumer dans l’hôtel et les chambres d’hôtel. Si vous violez ces conditions et/ou amenez toujours un animal, nous pouvons vous refuser l’accès et/ou nous serons obligés de vous facturer un supplément de 200,00 € pour les frais de nettoyage supplémentaires en plus du paiement de la valeur totale de la réservation.
