The Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions apply to every reservation at De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>When changing or moving your reservation, we charge a \u20ac15 administrative fee up to one month in advance. Your reservation is not final until confirmation is received. If, due to serious circumstances, you need to cancel or reschedule the reservation within one month in advance, cancellation fees will apply. Cancellations<\/p>\n<p>9.2 Cancellation of hotel accommodation\/lodging<\/p>\n<p>9.2.1. Individuals<\/p>\n<p>When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the effective date, the customer is not obliged to pay any amount to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellation more than 14 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellation more than 7 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For more information on the &#8220;Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions&#8221; and conditions for group reservations, please visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.khn.nl\/uvh-nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.khn.nl\/uvh-nl.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>No animals are allowed in our hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms. Ihre Reservierung ist erst mit Erhalt der Best\u00e4tigung endg\u00fcltig. The Uniform Catering Conditions apply to every reservation at De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel. <\/p> <p>When changing or moving your reservation, we charge \u20ac 15 administration costs up to one month in advance. Your reservation is only final upon receipt of confirmation. If you have to cancel the reservation within one month in advance due to serious circumstances or wish to move it, cancellation costs will apply. Cancellations<\/p> <p>9.2 Cancellation of hotel accommodation\/accommodation.<\/p> <p>9.2.1. Individuals<\/p> <p>When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, has been made for one or more individuals, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:<\/p> <ol> <li>In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date, the customer is not obliged to pay any amount to the hotel company.<\/li> <li>In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <li>In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <li>In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <li>In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <li>In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <\/ol> <p>For more information about the 'Uniform Conditions for the Catering Industry' and the conditions for group reservations, we refer you to www.khn.nl\/uvh-nl.<\/p> <p>No animals are allowed in our hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms.
