The Lindenhoeve – Sluis<\/h2>\n

The Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms on which hotel and catering companies established in the Netherlands provide hotel and catering services and conclude hotel and catering agreements. The Uniform Hospitality Industry Conditions apply to every reservation at De Lindenhoeve Boutique Hotel.<\/p>\n

When changing or moving your reservation, we charge a \u20ac15 administrative fee up to one month in advance. Your reservation is not final until confirmation is received. If, due to serious circumstances, you need to cancel or reschedule the reservation within one month in advance, cancellation fees will apply. Article 9. Cancellations<\/p>\n

9.2 Cancellation of hotel accommodation\/lodging<\/p>\n

9.2.1. Individuals<\/p>\n

When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:<\/p>\n

  1. In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the effective date, the customer is not obliged to pay any amount to the hotel company.<\/li>\n
  2. For cancellation more than 14 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n
  3. For cancellation more than 7 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n
  4. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n
  5. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n
  6. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the effective date, the customer is required to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    No animals are allowed in our hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms. If you violate these conditions and\/or still bring an animal, we may deny you access and\/or we will be forced to charge you an additional cost of 200,00\u20ac on top of the payment of the full reservation value for extra cleaning costs.<\/p>\n

    Bei Umbuchung oder Umbuchung berechnen wir bis zu einem Monat im Voraus 15 \u20ac Verwaltungskosten. Ihre Reservierung ist erst mit Erhalt der Best\u00e4tigung endg\u00fcltig.     Wenn f\u00fcr eine oder mehrere Personen nur eine Hotelunterkunft mit oder ohne Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck reserviert wurde, gilt Folgendes f\u00fcr die Stornierung dieser Reservierung:<\/p>\n

    1. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 1 Monat vor Beginn ist der Kunde nicht verpflichtet, dem Hotelunternehmen einen Betrag zu zahlen.<\/li>\n
    2. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 14 Tage vor Reisebeginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 15 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.<\/li>\n
    3. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 7 Tage vor Beginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 35 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.<\/li>\n
    4. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 3 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 60 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.<\/li>\n
    5. Im Falle einer Stornierung mehr als 24 Stunden vor Beginn ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 85 % des Reservierungswertes an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.<\/li>\n
    6. Im Falle einer Stornierung 24 Stunden oder weniger vor dem Beginndatum ist der Kunde verpflichtet, 100 % des Reservierungswerts an das Hotelunternehmen zu zahlen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In unserem Hotel sind keine Tiere erlaubt. Das Rauchen ist im Hotel und in den Hotelzimmern verboten.                 4. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>
                5. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li>
                6. In case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel company.<\/li> <\/ol>

                  No animals are allowed in our hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and hotel rooms. If you violate these conditions and\/or still bring an animal, we can deny you access and\/or we will be forced to charge you an extra cost of \u20ac 200.00 for extra cleaning costs on top of the payment of the full reservation value.<\/p>
